i.operation and preventive maintenance works at kadra dam and power house. a)maintenance of ten radial gates including: cleaning and inspection of radial gate parts and rubber seals. lubrication of radial gate and its rope drum hoist connected moving components. cleaning and application of cardium compound to wire ropes.cleaning / minor repair / replacement of electrical item of control panels and maintenance of eight stop logs. b)maintenance of river sluice gate and river sluice stop log including, cleaning and inspection of river sluice stoplog and rubber seals including operation of river sluice stop log element. lubrication of river sluice stoplog components. lubrication of one river sluice gate (both stop log gate and service gate).cleaning / minor repair / replacement of electrical item of control panels. c)maintenance of 52, 35 and 21ton gantry cranes including, cleaning and inspection of gantry crane structures, including scaffolding. lubrication of gantry crane mechanism complete. cleaning and application of cardium compound to wire rope including operation of gantry crane. alignment of motor and brake system. checking and minor repair of electrical control system and cable reeling drum and other relative electrical works. d)checking, adjusting and tightening of brakes, nuts and bolts etc. of all the hydro mechanical equipment including float shafts of radial gates at kadra dam. e)maintenance of nine draft tube gates including cleaning and inspection of nine draft tube gates. lubrication of nine draft tube gates. cleaning and application of cardium compound to wire ropes. cleaning / minor repair / replacement of electrical item of control panels. f)additional work; 1. replacement of radial gate coupling bolt connected motor to main gear box. 2. washing and cleaning of crest stoplog gate gantry crane, penstock gate stoplog gantry crane 3. replacement of existing level indicator gear box with new one at radial gate no. 2 and 7. 4. any work which is not mentioned in the scope of work but essential for the completion of the work are to be treated as part of scope of work and shall be carried out as instructed by the engineer in charge. |
